This role requires strong construction fundamentals and a team-oriented approach to project management.As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the daily management of projects from preconstruction to completion. Your expertise in estimating, procurement, and design coordination will ensure timely and budget-friendly execution. You’ll collaborate closely with consultants, trades, and senior leadership while leading teams to drive project success.Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects from preconstruction to completion
Develop and maintain project budgets and cost forecasts
Identify variances and implement corrective actions




Prepare progressive project estimates through all design phases
Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers and tradesRequirements:
Post-secondary education in related discipline
7+ years’ construction experience in multi-family or commercial projects
Familiarity with Ontario Building Code and safety requirements
Experience with prefabricated construction methodologies
