Work with dealers across Western Canada as a Field Support Representative for Kuhn North America. Your focus will be on enhancing customer relations and solving after-sale service issues.

This position involves direct engagement with dealers and customers, addressing complaints and conducting training on product maintenance and usage. You'll also provide essential support to sales managers and participate in trade shows and product introductions, maximizing the value of KNA's offerings.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as after-sales liaison for dealers and customers
Create and deliver training sessions for proper service
Participate in sales by supporting Territory Managers
Conduct field service campaigns and dealer evaluations
Report on dealer service capabilities and inventory audits

Requirements:
Preferred degree in agricultural mechanics or related field
Knowledge of customer service and product technologies
Competence in Microsoft Office and database software
Experience in product support and technical sales
Adhere to quality and safety standards in the workplace
