As an HR Generalist, you will support day-to-day HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while acting as a liaison between employees and management. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as main point of contact for employee HR inquiries
• Guide supervisors on performance and attendance management
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles




• Monitor compliance with employment legislation and safety standards
• Track training completion, attendance, and employee metrics

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
• Experience with hourly and shift-based workforces
• CHRP designation is an asset
