Hydro One Inc. in Markham seeks a senior real estate qualified to acquire rights, manage easements and dispose of properties to support company objectives.

You will review market data, negotiate with owners and developers, coordinate transactions, ensure compliance and prepare documentation. Strong knowledge of industrial, commercial and rural real estate, plus land use planning, appraisal and negotiation experience, is required.
