Baycrest Hospital is seeking a Personal Support Worker for the Complex Continuing Care unit (5 West) in Toronto. This temporary part time role supports patients with personal care, nutrition, hygiene and mobility, in collaboration with nurses and the care team.
The position requires a PSW certificate and offers day shifts with weekend alternations. Experience in post-acute/geriatrics is preferred and computer skills with Meditech, Word and Excel are advantageous.
