Covenant House, Canada's largest agency for at-risk youth, is seeking a Youth Worker for its Rights of Passage program on a full time, two-year contract. You will work overnight shifts from 10:30 PM to 8:30 AM, providing emotional support and practical assistance to participants. Your engagement will help youth transition to independent living through dedicated support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build supportive relationships with youth participants
• Facilitate group life skills sessions monthly
• Provide individual counseling and community referrals
• Intervene during crises and emergencies
• Manage shift responsibilities to ensure safety

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in child and youth work
• Minimum two years’ experience in transitional housing
• Trauma-informed approach expertise
• Strong communication skills in various mediums
• Knowledge of community resources for youth
