Riada Sales

British Columbia

Sales Full Time Burnaby, BC $60,000 - $70,000 CAD per year
Riada has been a trusted partner to mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners across Western Canada for over 30 years. We represent some of the most respected manufacturers in HVAC, pumps, and hydronics, and our reputation is built entirely on the knowledge, reliability, and relationships of our people. Our team provides technical sales, application support, and parts and service for a curated portfolio of HVAC, pump, and hydronic equipment manufacturers. We are not a distributor, we are a trusted technical partner, and that distinction matters in everything we do.
Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support projects after they have been awarded, ensuring smooth execution from order through delivery and close-out.
This role focuses on coordinating equipment orders, managing timelines, supporting contractors, and ensuring all project documentation and communication is handled accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with contractors, engineers, manufacturers, and Riada’s internal team to manage multiple active projects.
Success in this role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is not a traditional construction site management role. Instead, you will coordinate and manage the mechanical equipment scope, ensuring the right equipment is selected, delivered, and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
