Our client is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting day-to-day fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and value-added production tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to solve problems with attention to detail, and a team-first mindset that supports safe, consistent performance.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Milton, ON

Pay Rate: $19.25 per hour

Shift: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Monday to Friday

Whats the Job?

• Perform shipping tasks including box making, shipper void fill & taper line, and LTL sorting
• Support order fulfillment through picking, packing, and induction billing/void fill processes
• Handle receiving and unloading (manual) while maintaining an organized, efficient workflow
• Complete value-added services such as kitting, labeling, postponement tasks, and production assembly support
• Support warehouse operations including general maintenance, trash removal, housekeeping,
  
  
  
  and pallet/line-related duties (including manual loading)

Whats Needed?

• Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work to set standards
• Analytical and problem-solving ability to help resolve issues quickly and accurately
• Team player attitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform physically intensive work in a busy, sometimes noisy warehousing environment, including reaching, bending, walking/standing for periods of time, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed
• High school diploma or GED required; little to no experience required (experience in manufacturing, transportation, or warehousing is desired but not required)
