This position involves members in all aspects of the program and assists members to work towards identified goals in areas of personal life, education and work. .Current openings:1 temporary, Full-Time (30 hours a week) position. This position is set to end December 31, 2026.Shifts are:Week 1: Tuesday to Friday 9am - 4pmWeek 2: Monday 12pm - 4pm, Tuesday to Friday 9am - 4pmHere's what we need from you:Community Mental Health Worker/Social Services certificate or approved equivalentFamiliar with and able to implement Psychosocial Rehabilitation principles fostering a belief in the recovery processKnowledge/understanding of psychotropic medications is an assetPrevious experience supporting people with their mental wellness and/or concurrent disordersA philosophy of service that is in line with Communitas' Vision,
