The Roma Fence Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our growing installation team. In this role, you'll oversee commercial, industrial, and institutional fencing projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions .

You'll play a key role in making sure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards , while working closely with our management and project administration teams.

What You'll Do:

Supervise fence installation crews on commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

Coordinate project schedules with the management team.

Conduct initial site inspections and regular site visits.

Monitor project progress, productivity, workmanship, and safety.

Ensure work complies with Ontario Occupational Health & Safety legislation, company policies, project specifications, and contract requirements.

Review construction drawings, contract documents, and landscape plans.

Communicate with clients, crews, management, and internal departments to resolve issues quickly.

Identify potential site issues and help develop solutions to minimize delays.

Prepare and maintain accurate daily site reports, project documentation, drawings, correspondence, and records.

Promote a strong and positive safety culture on every job site.

Ensure projects meet company quality standards and client expectations.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of Site Supervisor or Construction Supervisor experience.

Experience supervising construction crews; fencing or installation experience is an asset.

Strong knowledge of Ontario Occupational Health & Safety requirements.





Ability to read and understand landscape drawings and specifications.

Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record.

Working Hours Monday to Friday (7 Am to 4PM)

Assets, but not required:

Education in Construction Management, Site Coordinator, Project Management, or a related field.

Previous fence installation experience.

What We Offer:

CA$70,000–CA$80,000 annual salary , based on experience and qualifications.

Location & Travel:
This position is based out of Bolton, ON , with projects primarily located throughout the GTA and surrounding regions . Travel between job sites is required, and a company vehicle is provided for site visits.
