Manage billing inbox, responding to inquiries quickly
Coordinate customer billing setup to meet requirements
Submit invoices on time through customer portals
Apply payments and reconcile accounts accurately
Provide updates on high-priority accounts to leadership Requirements:
2+ years in Accounts Receivable or related role
Experience with NetSuite or Salesforce preferred
Advanced Excel skills required
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
