Implement loss prevention policies to minimize shrink




Conduct weekly and full store inventory counts
Order inventory to maintain stock levels
Follow opening and closing store procedures
Perform security checks including alarm verification Requirements:
2 years of retail management experience
Strong leadership and positive personality
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
