Respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs
Prepare detailed quotes and process orders efficiently
Manage unloading and organized storage of parts
Document shipping, receiving, and inventory records
Place inventory stock orders to maintain optimal levels Requirements:
Solid customer service skills, in-person and over the phone
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Versatile schedule availability for shifts and weekends
Previous parts industry experience is an asset
