P1: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities for University Campus Security Guard
Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
Manage access control
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid,
and coordinate with emergency teams
Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence
Conduct Daily Reports and Incident Reports and send it via emails
Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
Point of contact with authorities and emergency services
Check all doors and ensure they are closed and not jimmied anyway to allow for entrance.
Qualifications for University Campus Security Guard
Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid Manitoba security license
Available to work MorningShifts and weekends
First aid certification an asset
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
