As a Guest Attendant at Chartwell, you’ll provide personal care, assistance, and support to our residents, helping them live comfortably, safely, and with dignity. Your empathy, professionalism, and commitment to excellence will create a warm, supportive workplace where residents feel truly at home.

Help residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines like dressing and meals

Provide support with laundry, light housekeeping, and meal service

Keep resident areas clean and safe, and follow all health and safety protocols

Respond to resident and family concerns and report to the Health and Wellness Manager when needed

Experience in personal care, laundry,



food service, or support services

post-secondary training in a care field preferred

Demonstrated empathy, patience, and understanding of seniors’ needs

Maintain high hygiene standards, work safely with equipment, and manage time well

Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Willingness to wear personal protective equipment as required
