Trouble shoot, analyse and determine the root cause of equipment and building problems

Develop and implement preventative maintenance (PM) programs to increase efficiency of building operations

Receive, track, monitor and report status of maintenance and repair work. Ensure compliance with corporate and legislated policies, procedures, practices and guidelines related to environmental, health and safety, and fire protection

Be able and willing to work shifts, be available for on-call/standby and emergency call-out as required

Represent CBRE/AFSI in enhancing tenant and customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relations

Oversees and maintains all assigned tools and arranges for the calibration/inspection/repair and replacement where required

#The successful candidate will be required to attain and maintain a valid and active RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance (ERSC). Please note, a condition for attaining an Enhanced Reliability Security (ERS) clearance includes the condition that applicants must have lived in Canada a minimum of five years to apply for ERS.”

Requires minimum three (3) to five (5) years experience as certified / Journeyman Refrigeration Technician

Good writing and verbal communication skills

Must possess HVAC –R Red Seal certification and minimum Gasfitter B certification





Must meet site and/or position specific security clearance requirements imposed by the client for an assigned location and/or region

SUPERVISION/DIRECTION EXERCISED

The position is not responsible for providing direct supervision.
