You will be responsible for guiding HR operations while leading a team of five HR Business Partners. Your role will involve direct support for department leaders and collaboration with Legal and Operations for business-aligned HR practices.

Act as primary HR partner for corporate leaders

- Oversee employee relations and performance management

University degree in Human Resources or Labour Relations

- 10+ years' experience in unionized, multi-site settings
- Expertise in grievance management and arbitration
- Solid stakeholder management and coaching skills
- Willingness to travel as required
