As a Senior Software Engineer at Thri5, you'll play a key role in building and scaling our product. You'll own significant technical problems from design through production, working closely with product, customers, and other engineers.

Building AI-powered workflows, agents, and customer-facing features

Designing backend services, APIs, data models, and data pipelines

Making architectural decisions as the product and customer base scale

Improving reliability, observability, security, and performance





Evaluating and incorporating new AI capabilities into our product

Reviewing code and helping establish strong engineering practices across the team

We move quickly, work collaboratively, and expect senior engineers to combine strong technical judgment with a bias toward building and shipping.

We are an AI-native engineering organization and use specs, agent skills, and AI-assisted development workflows extensively. Our core stack is Kotlin on GCP, Postgres, Snowflake, Airflow, Thymeleaf, and HTMX .

5+ years of skilled software engineering experience, with a track record of designing, building, and operating high-quality production systems

- Ability to independently scope ambiguous problems, make sound architectural decisions, and drive solutions through production
- Strong backend development experience, including APIs, databases, and system architecture
- Strong product judgment and an interest in understanding the customer problems behind what you build
- Experience working in fast-moving teams and building new products
- Experience with AI/LLM applications, enterprise SaaS, data-intensive systems, Kotlin/JVM, GCP, Snowflake, or early-stage startups is valuable but not required.
