Reporting to the Director of Care, the RPN will provide goal-oriented care aligned with provincial standards. You'll collaborate as part of an inter-qualified team and be responsible for completing clinical assessments, implementing care plans, and ensuring compliance with documentation standards. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident care and medication administration
Complete and communicate care assessments and plans
Facilitate resident care conferences and team meetings
Respond to significant changes or emergencies in conditions
Educate residents and families on care plans Requirements:
Current registration as an RPN in the province
Experience in senior care environments preferred
CPR and First Aid certification required
Robust communication and time management skills
