Senior Solutions Designer with

7+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM and/or Adobe AEM . The ideal candidate will have strong experience translating business requirements into functional and technical solution designs for complex enterprise applications. Hands-on experience developing

Business Design Documents, Functional Design Documents, functional/non-functional requirements, application flows, use cases, and business rules is required. Robust knowledge of

Siebel and Adobe AEM solution implementation , application architecture, screen flows, CRUD matrices, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes is highly valued. Experience with

UX/UI design, user research, usability testing, personas, journey maps, Figma/Adobe XD,



WCAG and AODA accessibility is required. Candidates should have experience creating business architecture artefacts, QA plans, test cases, UAT strategies, scenarios and test documentation . Experience with change management, RUP, risk identification, solution analysis, and enterprise application design is highly desirable. Experience with

Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) / Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA)

and

Public Sector Transfer Payment/Grant models will be an asset. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills are essential, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical teams.
