High Tech Genesis is seeking a Systems Reliability Engineer to join our Technical Operations team in Toronto. You will own the reliability, resiliency, availability, and performance of critical enterprise systems, and drive automation to improve stability.
You will design monitoring and alerting using Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, and Datadog, lead incident response, and define SLOs/SLIs with RCA-driven improvements. Collaboration across engineering and risk teams is essential.
