This full time, permanent position requires proactive problem-solving skills and 2+ years of ERP support experience.

You will manage helpdesk tickets, maintain Acumatica configurations, and create insightful reports, dashboards, and Generic Inquiries. Your contributions will empower management with clear data insights. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as first contact for Acumatica user requests
Troubleshoot system issues, tracking until resolution
Build and maintain Acumatica's knowledge base
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for system use
Analyze data trends to forecast and support decision-making Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in Information Systems or Business Analytics
2+ years in ERP support or data analysis roles
Hands-on experience with Acumatica preferred
Advanced Excel and SQL skills required
