In this role, you'll ensure quality and performance across Salesforce solutions. You'll work closely with delivery teams to align QA strategy with program objectives. Your contributions will focus on defining testing frameworks and managing the end-to-end testing lifecycle for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead QA strategy for Salesforce program delivery
• Design and execute test plans and scripts
• Validate current features and enhancements in Salesforce
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality assurance
• Support user acceptance testing cycles for readiness
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years of QA experience, especially in Salesforce
• Proficiency with JIRA and test automation tools
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and lifecycle
• Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly desirable
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
