As Engineering Lead, you will report to the Area Manager - Mine, leveraging your experience to oversee the ventilation scope and ensure the successful implementation of Ventilation on Demand systems. You will also manage procurement processes and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Approve detailed engineering deliverables from EPCM firms
• Manage procurement packages for ventilation systems
• Develop VOD control philosophy and specifications
• Coordinate commissioning activities for ventilation systems
• Mentor junior engineers and prepare operational documentation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, mining, or civil engineering
• 5 to 10 years of experience in ventilation engineering
• Robust knowledge of VOD systems and standards
• Experience with Ventsim or similar modeling tools
• Bilingual communication skills essential
