Compensation Package:
$150,000 – $180,000

Remote Work:
2 days per week

Hiring Context
In the current soft market, the firm has decided to invest in strengthening its leadership team to stand out and further solidify its market position. We are therefore seeking a leader with strong technical insurance expertise,



as well as strategic vision and the ability to inspire teams.

The Role
You will be responsible for a team of 30 to 40 people, primarily made up of Commercial Insurance Account Directors.

Two managers will report directly to you.

You Will Be Responsible For

Business development strategy

Implementing current insurance programs to enhance the firm’s market positioning

Compliance policy, which is a central pillar of the organization

Training and coaching mid-market & large accounts
