As a Team Lead, you will focus on coaching, technical pricing work, and driving profitable growth through data-driven strategies. Your role is pivotal in translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations for pricing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and develop a small actuarial analyst team
• Conduct pricing analyses supporting profitable growth
• Provide technical guidance and quality oversight
• Monitor portfolio trends and prioritize analyses
• Collaborate with cross-functional business teams

Requirements:
• University degree in Mathematics or Actuarial Science
• Minimum 5 years P&C; experience, 1 year of coaching
• Strong understanding of actuarial techniques
• FCAS or FCIA designation is an asset
• Eligible to work in Canada
