Key Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes
• Prepare and coordinate Bermuda Monetary Authority regulatory filings




• Generate quarterly and annual IFRS financial statements
• Manage external statutory and IFRS audits effectively
• Maintain Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) environment

Requirements:
• CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting designation
• Minimum of 7 years in accounting, preferably in life insurance
• Big Four audit or advisory experience preferred
