Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with their insurance inquiries
• Proactively engage clients for renewals
• Communicate in both French and English
• Monitor and meet performance targets
• Maintain detailed records in CRM
Requirements:
• Valid RIBO and/or AMF certification
• 2+ years of insurance brokering experience
• 5 years in customer service roles
• Solid problem-solving and communication skills
• Quick learner interested in tech advancements
