Job Description :- Job Description for Senior Identity and Reliability Engineering Specialist We are hiring for a Senior Identity and Reliability Engineering Specialist with responsibility for identity lifecycle management and directory services. This includes products managing hundreds of thousands of accounts and billions of requests per day.
Build, maintain, and optimize global company identity services, assessing system performance and offering suggestions and contributing to solutions
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate identity solutions across the organization
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
Resolve issues escalated by customers and engineering specialists
Provide support and guidance to stakeholders at the senior‑most support level
Align IT IAM infrastructure with current and future business requirements and strategic goals
Collaborate with development teams to improve system architecture and resilience
Drive initiatives to enhance system security, reliability, availability, and performance, leveraging current and emerging process automation to improve organization effectiveness and efficiencies.
Partnering with system owners, certify business continuity and disaster recovery efforts of our IAM systems
This position will require participating in a 24/7 on‑call rotation several times per quarter as part of a rotation with other members of the global team
Required skills Good years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
We are looking for familiarity with parts of our product portoflio including:
Ping Identity Ping Directory Server/ ForgeRock DS
Standards‑based protocols like LDAP and SCIM
And experience with:
Infrastructure as Code pipelines (Git, Jenkins)
