Navacord seeks an experienced Director of Information Security. With over 8 years in information security and 3 years in a leadership role, you will develop security policies aligned with frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001. Your expertise in vendor risk management and risk registers will be critical for guiding internal and external audits and responding to due diligence requests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain security policies and standards
• Conduct risk assessments for recent technologies and projects




• Serve as the security contact for audits and compliance
• Manage vendor risk assessments and exception processes
• Communicate risk findings to leadership teams

Requirements:
• 8+ years in information security roles
• 3+ years in governance or advisory positions
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2 frameworks
• Strong communication skills for executive audiences
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM
