Provide day-to-day technical support in the 2D pipeline
Troubleshoot workflow issues for artists in multiple software
Investigate and resolve DCC and asset issues
Streamline repetitive production processes for efficiency
Document pipeline guidelines and support artist resources Requirements:
Experience as a 2D Pipeline TD or similar role
Strong knowledge of 2D animation production workflows
Proficiency in Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
