Lead production operations at Piramal Pharma Solutions as a Production Shift Manager for the afternoon/evening shift. Oversee safety, efficiency, and quality of active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates.In this critical role, you will manage the production team while ensuring compliance with Positive Manufacturing Practices (c GMP) and safety standards. Your leadership will include planning shift activities, monitoring operations, and facilitating a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for achieving production targets and maintaining compliance during audits and inspections.Key Responsibilities:
