We make really good doughnuts. But behind every delicious doughnut is a great team, thoughtful planning, and a whole lot of teamwork.

Yonnis Doughnuts is growing, and we're looking for a Bakery General Manager to help us build what's next. This is a new leadership role for someone who loves developing people, building smart systems, and keeping a busy operation running smoothly.

We're looking for a hands-on, people-first leader who can balance the big picture with the little details — and knows that a great workplace should be both well-run and a little fun.

What You'll Do

- Hire, onboard, coach, and develop the bakery team.
- Build a positive, supportive culture with clear expectations and accountability.
- Lead training, performance management, and day-to-day people operations.

Production & Operations

- Oversee daily production, staffing, and workflow.
- Ensure products are consistent, high-quality, and ready on time.
- Build systems and processes that support efficiency and sustainable growth.

Inventory & Quality

- Manage inventory, purchasing, supplier orders, and waste.
- Maintain product quality, food safety, and workplace safety standards.




- Work with our Product Development Lead to troubleshoot issues and support new products.

Business & Partnerships

- Monitor sales, labour costs, COGS, waste, and production efficiency.
- Manage cash-outs, deposits, and operational spending.
- Collaborate with ownership and the wider team to support business goals.
