The role requires hands-on leadership while focusing on process improvement, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives. You will develop teams, establish KPIs, and ensure timely processing of all facets of vendor payments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead accounts payable teams for efficient payment processing
• Define performance objectives and service standards




• Oversee timely vendor invoice and expense processing
• Manage payment cycles including checks and electronic transfers
• Provide coaching and development to team members
Requirements:
• CPA designation is a solid asset
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• 8 years of progressive accounts payable experience
• 5 years managing large teams
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial controls
