Sinai Health in Toronto is seeking a Quality Assurance and Process Lead for the WTIS within the Perioperative Services program. The role focuses on compliant WTIS data capture and reporting to support timely access to care.
You will collaborate with Surgeons' offices, WTIS Helpdesk, and program leadership to ensure data accuracy, improve operating room scheduling, and drive performance improvement in patient care.
