We are hiring an Accounting Manager for a growing manufacturing client in the Greater Montreal area. This is a hands-on seat with direct exposure to the President and CFO, built for someone who wants ownership and room to grow with the business.
The role
Own day-to-day accounting and month-end close in a manufacturing workplace
WIP, project/job costing, inventory, and GAAP financials
Reporting, forecasts, and support for leadership
Partner across operations as the company scales
No direct reports today
What they’re looking for
5-9 years of progressive accounting experience in small or mid-size manufacturing
Solid WIP and project accounting
CPA or Canadian equivalent highly preferred; public accounting mix is a plus
Hungry, clear communicator, comfortable being the accounting lead without a large department underneath you
Eligible to work in Canada
Base up to ~$150K CAD, plus 10% target bonus
Supplemental health coverage (employer pays 50%) on top of provincial coverage
