Seabird Island is seeking a dedicated and caring individual for the role of Youth Drop-In Team Lead. This part time position offers an opportunity to shape a culturally relevant and engaging program. Ideal candidates will have experience in youth outreach, event facilitation, and relationship building with families and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead engaging youth activities weekly
• Plan events such as workshops, cooking nights, and recreational programs
• Build positive relationships with youth and their families




• Identify at-risk youth and provide mentorship
• Coordinate logistics and ensure participant safety

Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Work or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience with youth, ideally in Indigenous communities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and contemporary issues
