E. Bourassa & Sons is seeking a dedicated Yard Person at our Carlyle location. Join us to ensure yard cleanliness and support the movement of equipment efficiently. As a key member of the Redhead Equipment team, the Yard Person will work to maintain an organized and protected yard. Your primary tasks will include unloading large equipment, organizing materials, fuel filling, and yard maintenance. We prioritize attention to detail and a positive attitude in this role, ensuring our yard meets the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
Unload and load large equipment from trailers
Organize equipment and materials for optimal presentation
Inspect incoming and outgoing units for quality
Fill equipment with fuel as needed
Conduct yard maintenance and snow removal tasks Requirements:
Valid driver's license and clean abstract required
Previous forklift certification is an asset
Ability to work outdoors consistently
Solid multitasking and prioritization skills
