What You'll Do

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup.

Recommend maintenance and repair services that meet customers' needs.

Build trust, strengthen customer relationships, and drive repeat business.

Communicate effectively with technicians, parts, and customers to keep service appointments running smoothly.

Proactively manage repair orders, timelines, and customer expectations.

Achieve performance targets in customer satisfaction, service sales, and profitability.

Valid Class 5 driver's license.

Potential Total Annual Compensation: $50,000–$100,000

Our compensation package includes a monthly base salary plus a variable profit-sharing component. Actual earnings depend on individual performance, experience, skills, and qualifications.
