Toyota seeks an experienced Service Foreman to join our team. The right candidate will excel in recruiting and training technicians, maintaining service quality, and driving exceptional customer experiences.

Your role will involve overseeing repairs, managing schedules, and promoting teamwork across departments to maintain a protected and clean working environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, hire, and train qualified Service Technicians
- Ensure repairs are assigned equitably to technicians
- Conduct quality checks on completed jobs
- Monitor shop cleanliness and equipment condition
- Support the Service Manager with various tasks Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Fully licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S or higher)
- Expertise in automotive mechanical operations
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a good driving record
