North Battleford Toyota is looking for a Service Manager to lead our service team and help grow an important part of our business.

Automotive management experience is an asset, but it isn’t a requirement.

If you’re a strong leader with experience in automotive, agriculture, heavy equipment, trucking, construction, parts and service, or another customer-focused business, we want to hear from you.

The Job

This is a people and business leadership role.

You’ll be responsible for

- Leading, coaching and supporting our service team
- Making sure customers are looked after properly
- Keeping work organized and moving efficiently
- Setting expectations and holding people accountable
- Hiring and developing good people
- Managing the department’s sales, expenses and profitability
- Finding ways to improve productivity and grow the business
- Working closely with the rest of our dealership leadership team

- Parts or service professionals from agriculture, heavy equipment or trucking
- Assistant Service Managers ready to run their own department
- Ag or equipment dealership leaders interested in bringing their experience into the automotive business
- Experienced managers from other industries who understand customers, people and running a profitable operation
