In this full time permanent role with DCM, you will oversee various IT infrastructure responsibilities and ensure the effective deployment and support of core systems. Your role includes managing incidents, troubleshooting server and network performance, and creating technical documentation to aid internal communication and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple infrastructure projects to ensure timely delivery
• Lead initiatives from setup to ongoing support




• Document technical processes and share knowledge
• Troubleshoot server and network performance issues
• Coordinate with vendors for infrastructure support
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT administration
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking
• Bilingual in English and French
• Excellent troubleshooting and time management skills
