EQ Bank in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a Corporate Secretary reporting to the General Counsel. You will be the Bank’s senior governance officer, trusted to the Board of Directors and executive leadership, safeguarding governance integrity and enabling effective decision-making.
You will lead enterprise governance standards, advise on complex Board matters, oversee corporate records, public-company reporting, and insider compliance, while operating with independence and judgment.
