As the Global Product Owner for Observability, you'll define and oversee the bank’s observability strategy across all technology domains. Your strategic direction will be essential in aligning the observability efforts of different teams, including Enterprise Monitoring Tools and Site Reliability Engineering. You'll engage closely with executive leadership, translating technical complexities into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and evolve the bank-wide observability vision and roadmap
• Establish observability standards for consistency across technology domains
• Align the observability roadmap with cloud and security strategies




• Drive horizontal alignment across engineering and operations teams
• Monitor progress against KPIs and present updates to leadership

Requirements:
• Senior experience with enterprise-scale technology platforms
• Deep proficiency with Dynatrace and advanced observability
• Solid background in cloud-native observability with Azure and AWS
• Proven delivery of multi-year roadmaps in large organizations
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
