Summary
The Skims Specialist builds lasting customer relationships to increase sales, service, and loyalty. This commission-based sales role is responsible for meeting personal sales and assigned brand targets while sharing product expertise and supporting brand growth.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service and exceed personal and brand sales targets.
Develop and retain a loyal client base through ongoing outreach and customer relationship building.
Share product knowledge with the store team and maintain robust relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling management.
Identify brand marketing opportunities, support events and assortment recommendations, and complete visual merchandising and sales support tasks.




Resolve customer service concerns and comply with health and safety policies.
Requirements
High school diploma and at least two years of commission-based sales experience.
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets; luxury product specialist experience is preferred.
Collaborative, entrepreneurial, confident, and self-motivated, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Fully bilingual in French and English and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
