BCIT Faculty & Staff Association (FSA) is seeking an Executive Director to lead a high-performing team and advance the workplace rights of members. The ED will oversee representation, negotiation, and advocacy, working closely with the Board and BCIT to implement strategic goals.
The role requires solid people leadership, governance experience, and a collaborative approach to delivering services within a unionized, not-for-profit context on Burnaby campus.
