Summary
The Beauty Advisor builds lasting customer relationships to increase sales, service, and loyalty. This commission-based role delivers exceptional service and expert product knowledge while supporting the Tom Ford brand.

Responsibilities

Exceed individual and brand sales and service goals while building and maintaining a loyal client base.

Share product knowledge and maintain relationships with store buyers, vendors, and selling managers.

Support brand sales through marketing opportunities, events, assortment recommendations, and regular communication with store management.

Attend educational sessions and perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks.

Communicate with personal clients, resolve customer service issues,



and collaborate with management on escalated concerns.

Requirements

High school diploma and at least two years of experience in a commission-based sales environment.

Proven ability to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

Solid collaboration and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Luxury retail experience preferred; makeup artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.

Fluency in French and English.
