Merovitz Potechin LLP is currently seeking a litigation lawyer with civil litigation experience to add to the existing strength of our disputes and litigation team. Prior experience in estate litigation would be considered an asset.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years' experience in a Litigation practice and be able to assist clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including estate litigation and all other matters as required.




A minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience;
Wills and Estates litigation experience a strong asset;
Real estate litigation experience is a strong asset;
Experience practicing law in Ontario;
Excellent technical skills;
Must be a member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
