Reporting to Dylan Cattelan, Manager, Software Developer the mission of the Senior Software Developer, Backend is to design and evolve the scoring, availability, and redistribution systems that turn provider capacity and member demand into fast, reliable appointments at scale.

Building, improving,



and operating mission-critical applications and API services

Working closely with Operations and other non-technical, external stakeholders to build the shared context needed to align on the right solution

Writing and participating in the elaboration of technical design documents to align the team on clear solutions

Have 5 years + of meaningful backend experience : services, APIs, distributed systems, and data modelling.

Feel comfortable designing software and communicating with colleagues about your decisions and tradeoffs.

Have familiarity with data synchronization architectures, or are willing to learn on the job.

OR-Tools/CP-SAT) or ML-driven outputs into production backend flows.

CI/CD, version control, automated tests, observability stacks, and infrastructure-as-code.

Are comfortable working collaboratively across functions—with data scientists, data developers, DevSecOps, and operations teams.

Experience with React Native / Front-end frameworks is a plus.
