In this senior role, you will set the vision and strategy for interoperability at Devoted Health, ensuring all teams work toward shared goals in a complex regulatory landscape. You are responsible for compliance with interoperability regulations and building the organization that drives data exchange at scale, connecting Clinical, Operations, Engineering, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead interoperability compliance strategies
Build and grow data exchange operational teams

Requirements:
10+ years of experience leading multi-function organizations
Expertise in FHIR, HL7, and healthcare data standards
Proven track record in regulatory compliance initiatives
Experience negotiating multi-million-dollar vendor relationships
Ability to drive strategic roadmaps to measurable outcomes
